Slimming World Recipes - Pizza Toasts

Using toast and cheese as healthy extras.

Ingredients

2 slices wholemeal bread
1 tomato
2 spring onions
4 mushrooms
¼ red and ¼ yellow pepper
42g mozzarella cheese

Method

1. Lightly toast the bread.

2. While bread is toasting, chop the tomato, onions, mushrooms and peppers. Grate the cheese.

3; Top both slices of toast with the vegetables and then sprinkle the cheese on top. Place toasts under a medium grill until the cheese has melted. Serve
